Jennifer Lopez has signed up to play a professional thief in her first movie role since becoming a new mother.

The superstar will start shooting The Governess in Massachusetts this autumn, just months after the February birth of twins Max and Emme.

Lopez will play a criminal who poses as a nanny for a wealthy family in a bid to pull of a bank heist, reports Daily Variety.

The movie is being directed by Calendar Girls filmmaker Nigel Cole and written by Kevin Wade - who wrote Lopez' role in 2002 movie Maid in Manhattan.

Jennifer Lopez has signed on to star in the lead role of Nigel Cole’s upcoming romantic comedy “The Governess,” Variety reported earlier today.

Written by Kevin Wade and Wendy Braff, the film focuses on a professional thief who poses as a nanny to a rich widower’s kids in order to pull of a gigantic heist. She later faces a tough decision when she falls in love with the single father.

Yari Film Group will produce the project, which is expected to head into principal photography this fall.

Nigel Cole previously directed the delicious British hit comedy “Calendar Girls” and the disappointing Ashton Kutcher vehicle “A Lot Like Love.” He recently completed “Five Dollars a Day,” a comedy starring Amanda Peet and Christopher Walken.

Lopez was last seen alongside husband Marc Anthony in “El Cantante.” She’s currently gearing up for “Love and Other Impossible Pursuits,” an indie dramedy

Oscar-winning actress Helen Mirren has won another award to add to her collection - for taking her clothes off.

The Queen star was named as the top celebrity by the Naturist Society in the U.S. for "promoting healthy nudity".

The 62-year-old - who appeared naked in hit British film Calendar Girls in 2006, as well as a string of movies throughout her career - was also chosen because she is an active nudist herself.

A spokesperson for the Naturist Society says, "She's actually a naturist and goes nude sunbathing. Nude is not lewd. It is beautiful."

The number two spot was given to The Closer star Kyra Sedgwick, who "sunbathes nude", with Lost star Matthew Fox in third place for admitting he loves to swim naked in Hawaii.

Other stars to enter the top ten for flaunting their bodies include Brad Pitt, Alanis Morissette, Lindsay Lohan, Goldie Hawn, Elle Macpherson and Kevin Bacon.

Dame Helen Mirren refused to join Britain's Women's Institute (Wi) organisation - because she didn't want to have children.

The Oscar winner admits she struggled to play Tricia Stewart in the 2003 movie Calendar Girls, which tells the tale of a group of Wi members who strip off to pose for a charity calendar.

While researching her role, Mirren found it hard to relate to the members the Wi, which largely caters to housewives and mothers in need of some social interaction.

She says, "The Women's Institute women are wonderful, but they could have risen to the very top. It's just that they have not chosen that route and instead have got married and had children.

"I did not and do not think that children were me. I have not changed me mind with age. The Wi wasn't my scene."
