Sex & Nudity

Several women are seen naked in the prison showers, though it is dark and the nudity is barely distinguishable. A women is seen on a video camera screen, and her bare breasts can be seen.

Violence & Gore

We see murder flashbacks including an ax, and lots of blood although the actual violence is only briefly seen. Throughout the movie there is a lot of struggling between individuals which may upset younger children. many bloody cuts are seen on a person's arm. Bloody aftermath of a murder including words written in blood on a door is seen. A few other people are seen with some blood on them. A man is shot in the forehead while on fire, little blood is shown.

Profanity

moderate amount, with at least one use of the "f" word, and at least 4 uses of the s*** word, 5 uses of "damn" including in the form of God-d***, and a few uses of "hell".

a cigar is seen being smoked. liquor is seen on a desk.

There are several jump scenes throughout the movie. Nightmares and flashbacks are seen and are intense, frightening and most of the times, bloody.
