- Crew or equipment visible: When entering the "Hezbollah controlled neighborhood" by car you can see through the windshield (from inside the car) another team shooting the scene on the left side of the road.
- Miscellaneous: A news presenter with an English accent early in the film says "one hundred thirty". A British person would always say, "One hundred and thirty." The omission of the "and" is only found in non-British English.
- Crew or equipment visible: When Bob is in the hotel elevator in Beirut with Price Nasir, the camera's lens is reflected in the mirror edge of the elevator.
- Continuity: Benett is invited for a ride in a limo with tinted windows. Later on, the windows are clear.
- Incorrectly regarded as goofs: The missiles that Bob sold to the Iranians are Russian Surface-to-Air missiles, and the words visible on the side of the missile are Russian. However, only the terrorist calls them US-made. All we know is that they were sold by a US operative.
- Audio/visual unsynchronized: At the beginning of the movie when the woman is changing her clothes and putting pants on, she also changes from high heeled shoes into sneakers, but when she walks away, the sound is that of wearing high heels.
- Continuity: During breakfast at the Woodman household, the level of cereal in Riley's bowl changes between shots.
- Revealing mistakes: Near the end of the film, the sign Dubai International Airport, in black writing on a white background, is partially visible on a walkway from the terminal to a waiting plane.
>>> WARNING: Here Be Spoilers <<<
Goofs below here contain information that may give away important plot points. You may not want to read any further if you've not already seen this title.
- Continuity: SPOILER: The digital wall clock in the CIA monitoring room never changes over a period of several minutes. Also, after the missile hits the vehicle with the prince inside, the operator of the missile say "E.T.D. 22:44," however the clock on the wall still reads 22:23.
- Continuity: SPOILER: When Bob is being tortured, he is knocked sideways while tied to the chair. He lands on his left side facing Jimmy, but the Point of View shots for Bob are shot as if he's lying on his right side facing Jimmy. It could be the shots were flopped for some reason, but most likely the second unit just misunderstood how Bob would be lying on the ground.
