A man is seen bare-chested throughout the movie, the man himself is a demented creature. A man tries to rape a woman.
there are some scenes of violence, mostly the antagonist cutting/ripping peoples throats out, and one scene where he sodomizes a girl with a long crescent blade (beginning is shot from a distance, end the girl/knife is off screen). the gore isn't overly done... tid bits of blood and flesh here and there, but nothing gratuitous
few curse words here and there, nothing too graphic
no alcohol, and maybe one scene of a guy smoking a cigthere is one scene of a secondary character, showing him after he shot up...but there is no needle/drug footage, just him laying in a hazed state, with a touriquet on his arm
most intense scene is the sodomy with the knife...other than that, nothing shocking. However there is a scene after this where we see foetuses pickled in jars which can be quite disturbing.
