Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

There is a scene when Otis (Bill Moseley) runs his gun over a womans breast

There is a graphic scene where Captain Spaulding is having sex with a naken woman, she is on top facing him, breasts and buttocks clearly visible.

Part of the film is set in a whorehouse (no nudity but brief buttocks)

A naked woman is dragged out of the shower; her breasts, butt and pubic hair visible

A woman shows her butt to another woman, tempting her to shoot her in the rear

Baby's butt is partially visible through her tattered jeans through at least the first half of the movie

We see a woman rise out of a tub of bubbles, exposing her bare buttocks.

Early in the film, Otis is shown lying in bed with a naked corpse (breast are seen VERY briefly).

The opening scene of the movie shows a deceased naked woman being dragged through a forest showing full frontal nudity (They used a manequin for this scene)

Violence & Gore

A man comes into a room wearing the face of a woman's husband, which he had cut off, and the woman screams and thrashes as the man walks toward her. A woman finds very bloody dead bodies in a hotel room's bathtub, and finds a woman (she's alive) wearing a man's face while hanging from a hook on the back of a door (words painted in blood are also on the walls); the woman falls off the hook and runs screaming for help, she runs into a road where she is hit by a truck and she splatters on the roadway (we see blood and matter smeared on the road). A man holds a gun on two men while they walk through a desert, one man hits the gunman in the head with a board, and then holds the board across his throat while he lies on the ground; one man is stabbed in the leg and shot in the neck (we see blood spurt from both wounds), the man falls to the ground gurgling and gasping, another man is beaten in the head and face with a log, then stabbed in the head or face repeatedly, and he screams and we see his feet flinch. Many police officers open fire on people in a house and the people fire back at them: we see several police officers being struck and falling to the ground, tear gas is thrown into the house, the remaining officers go inside, the people inside begin shooting and strike several more officers; one of the civilians is shot repeatedly, he falls back onto the ground (we see blood on his face), a woman is held at gunpoint, she holds a gun to her own head and pulls the trigger, but the gun does not discharge and she is then arrested. A man slits a woman's throat and blood spurts from the wound and a man shoots a woman in the head. A woman lies on a road presumably unconscious, another woman in a car stops to help her, leans over her, a man comes from behind and stabs her in the back (we see the woman's shocked expression) and she falls over -- we see blood on her dress and face and it pools on the road. A man hits another man in the chest with an ax and blood gushes. A man tells a woman how he wants sex "hot and slow," he presses against her, she licks her lips suggestively, he stabs her in the chest (we hear a crunch and blood spurts) and she slumps to the ground gasping. A woman holds a gun on another woman who throws a knife into her chest (we see blood on her chest), the woman pulls the knife out while moaning, blood pours from the wound, and she falls back on the floor and dies. We hear about human skulls and body parts (we see severed heads with faces in various stages of decay) being found in refrigerators and under porches at a house where many murders have been committed and we also see pieces of flesh floating in jars and severed extremities stacked on tables and shelves. Two men and a woman load guns and drive toward a police barricade, they are all shot, and we see their bodies flailing and blood spurting. A man is shot in the head, blood splatters on other people around him, they scream, and one vomits. A man shoots a woman in the leg (blood spurts); she falls to the ground and drags herself along (we see a large bloody wound on her leg). A woman and two men are tied to chairs, a man staples photos of dead women to their chests (we see blood where the staples have pierced them), one man is poked in the stomach and chest with a stun gun, and he is then beaten on the head; one man's hands are stapled to his chair, the house is set on fire, and the two men struggle to free themselves (eventually they do), and we see the nails being pulled out of the man's hands and see blood gush from the wounds. An extended scene shows a man dragging a fully nude, dead woman through woods by the feet (the woman has bruises and bloody cuts on her body and face). A man and a woman have sex and when the man makes a crude remark to the woman she aims a gun at him and pulls the trigger (it turns out to be a dream and the man wakes up with a start). A man hits a woman with a whip, he holds her around the throat and squeezes, and he's pulled off by another man who breaks his neck. A man is thrown through a window and crashes onto the ground. A man punches a woman in the face when she tells him that she killed his brother; he holds her around the throat, she gags, and other men pull him off her. A woman runs in a panic from another woman, she screams for help and runs into a man who head-butts her and she falls to the ground unconscious. A man punches a woman in the face (she falls to the ground unconscious), while her young son is in their car; the man gets in the car, threatens the boy and the boy runs away. A man beats a man in the face and kicks him in the stomach. A woman hits a woman in the face twice. A man squeezes another man's fingers in a car door and then holds a gun on him. A man with a gun forces a woman to take off her clothes in front of other people in a room; she does, he touches her breasts with the gun, he then puts the gun in her panties, forces her to say sexually suggestive things to him and to kiss him, and he forces her to her knees and although we do not see anything it is implied that he forces her to perform oral sex on him. A man pulls back a shower curtain, grabs the woman in the shower by the hair, pulls her out and throws her on a bed. A nude woman lies in a bed with a man who is asleep (the woman is dead and we see bloody bruises and bumps on her face and body). We see crime photos of murdered women with bloody wounds on their faces and bodies. A man shows a woman photos of her dead mother and she grieves. We hear that murder victims were sexually assaulted. A man walks into a burning house and does not come out (it is implied that he dies there). A man and a woman carrying guns barge into a hotel room and threaten the people inside. A man holds a gun to the back of another man's head, a man holds a gun on two men and a woman, a man threatens to kill a woman's daughter, and a man threatens another man with extreme physical violence. We hear reports of 75 murders having been committed by the same criminals. A man has a badly scarred and malformed face and head from what appears to be burns and we later see that his body is also malformed from what could be gigantism. A pig's head hangs on a gate at the entrance to a home.

Profanity

EXTREME!!! Language

People snort cocaine and smoke marijuana in a couple of scenes. A man drinks alcohol and people are shown drinking beer in a few scenes. A man smokes a cigar in a few scenes, a woman smokes a cigar, and a man smokes a cigarette.

There are many scenes and sequences which depicpt sadistic acts of violence and humiliation, these scenes are graphic, very intense and unflinching.
