Yes, she is hunted down and killed by Vincent, the killer. He impales her with a metal pole.
It was actually Bo that was taped up and when you saw the marks on his wrists, it told you that he was the bad child. Also, this shows a common double standard that it is first believed that those who are "ugly" are the bad guys (i.e. the disfigured Vincent).
The ending of the movie suggests a sequel. Since it was also a financial success, it's not unlikely. However, nothing official on it yet.
