The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

Female figures have cleavage, exaggerated breasts, short skirts. Characters discuss love, sex, reproduction, sterility as storyline

Violence & Gore

Most of the violence isnt as high as some rating systems say it is. In fact, this would have received a lower rating if not for the bloody opening, in which a man's head gets crushed by a machine. Lots of blood splatters, some gore. Closeup of a man shot in forehead. A man is shot several times by automatic weapons, lifeless body is shown bleeding. Large, exaggerated weapons and bullets.

Profanity

A few mild profanities.

Characters have drinks at a futuristic nightclub, weather they are alcoholic beverages or not it dosen't matter.

The opening scene is frightening, as is a nightmare sequence in which Deunan witnesses an alternate version of Briareos's transformation into a machine. Other frightening moments include Hitomi's sudden collapse because of an overdue life extension procedure (Yoshi mentions she was "due three days ago"), the Regular Army attempting to capture Deunan's unit in Lab D, Level 5 while acting on information from a traitor among the squadron, and the final scene where Deunan puts herself in danger to save humanity from the D-Tank.
