a scene where a man is hanging from a noose in an apartment....he breaks free, but still intense

while a man is urinating, another man sneaks up behind him with a razor and threatens to "cut you in ways that'll make you useless to a woman," he says. Then he drives the man's head into the toilet and almost drowns him in his own urine.

a woman is shown with no hand... after graphically describes what happened

two men are in a car, one is dead and one is very tired... the one who is tired imagines the dead man coming back to life in the car. The dead man is graphically shown smoking a cigarette through a hole in his throat
