  • Warning: Spoilers ahead. In the last scene of the theatrical version, Jack Stanfield, his wife and son are shown in a closing profile shot walking up a hill and it fades to black. In the DVD version, it ends with an extra scene in an overhead crane shot of two police cars arriving while the family is walking towards them.
