• Crew or equipment visible: In the scene where Lili Taylor's character changes out of her high heel shoes the reflection of the dolly tracks is visible in the polished stone of the building.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: The want ad that Henry circles contains an incomplete sentence. The first line reads: "Begin in delivery room and work un-" then the second line begins "Contact Mr. Heathercliff".
  
  
• Errors in geography: Despite the fact that the film takes place in Los Angeles, the filming location of Minneapolis is clearly revealed in the shots of the skyline and the area codes of the phone numbers on the sides of the taxicabs.
