Nothing original, and poorly made, 30 March 2005
1/10

This is yet another one of those shockumentarys, yet this one has nothing new to offer. Every single scene is stoled out of other shockumentarys. But they're very clever, because they make it seem like it's real... by taking out the original sound track completely (from other movies) and adding their own track, which is just a rough, crappy narration by a pathetic woman that has nothing better to do. Wow I think they really believed they could get anyway with doing nothing but stealing other scenes and randomly editing them together. What a bunch of amateurs. Learn how to make a real movie, or documentary, and get a life.

So I can not really review this movie, because when you watch this you're really watching other movies. But I have to comment on some of the scenes which are extremely overlong and boring. There's like a 20 minute autopsy that just goes on forever and really doesn't show much. And also an overlong plane crash sequence, that's just looks so stupid to watch. They have this big title on top that sez "REAL PLANE CRASHES" which never comes down and covers about a third of the frame.

The opening scene in the beginning was the only original thing they made. It shows a Hurst driving down a cemetery in slow motion with extremely blurry colours that's not easy to watch. And then this ridiculous looking hippie (with long hair and shades) in a suit comes out and reveals a coffin in it. Can't the dead get any respect? I figured this guy is probably the boyfriend of the girl, and they made this piece of shat together.

Cheesy and sometimes depressing music is played over and over again. Everything is just so cheap, lazy with a total lack of effort/talent. They should be sued for stealing footage from like 10 other films. But the cowards didn't bill any names in the beginning nor end. Of course they didn't, they knew they'd be targeted and smothered. They're a bunch of low lives anyways who aren't worthy of attention. Their names mean nothing.

This movie is just atrocious all over. It's a disaster in itself. It'll shock you more how bad it is than the content itself. It has "wannabe" written all over it. It's obvious the makers are both Faces Of Death nuts but are totally clueless. There's also "Final Journey's Volume 2" that is under an hour and a bit less boring, but same old crap. There are far superior, original shockumentarys such as: Mondo Cane, Faces Of Death, Faces Of Gore, & Shocking Asia. Final Journeys 1 & 2 are nothing but cheap, boring ripoffs. Avoid them like the plague!
