The director's cut of Mezzo Forte contains two very explicit and pornographic sex scenes removed from the wide release.The first is a dream sequence involving Mikura having sex with Harada and Kurokawa in acts of oral and intercourse sex in multiple different positions.The second is a rape sequence involving Mikura and two thugs as they perform forced oral, vaginal, double penetration and ejaculation sex acts on her.There are also two nudity scenes - One in a shower, and one from a female robot.
