Mr. T Will Not Have A Cameo In 'The A-Team'

You can't fool us, we know you're excited for "The A-Team." When director Joe Carnahan brings his modern interpretation of the classic '80s action TV series to the big screen next summer, you're going to feel compelled to buy a ticket.
Maybe it's the chance to see that pimped-out supervan of theirs again. Maybe it's the players, a well-cast ensemble that includes Liam Neeson as Hannibal, Bradley Cooper as Faceman, Sharlto Copley as "Howling Mad" Murdock and Ufc champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson as B.A. Baracus, the role made famous by Mr. T. Or maybe you're excited at the prospect of seeing some of the old Team assemble for cameos. Well... it's probably best if you temper that excitement a little bit.
We already know that Dwight Schultz, the original Murdock, will appear in the film. We also know (via Cinematical) that Faceman actor Dirk Benedict will show up as well.

The Last Airbender
Opens: July 2nd 2010
Cast: Noah Ringer, Nicola Peltz, Jackson Rathbone, Dev Patel
Director: M. Night Shyamalan
Summary: A live-action film based on the Nickelodeon animated TV series. In a fantastic world where civilisation exists as four great empires, a reluctant young child sets out on a perilous journey to restore balance to a world torn apart by war.
Analysis: Its been quite the decade for M. Night Shyamalan who started it as a household name with labels of a moodern-day Hitchcock thanks to the likes of "The Sixth Sense" and "Signs". Today he's considered more of a one-trick pony and in some cases a punchline due to rampant stories of egomania run wild and a series of much derided onscreen flops like "Lady in the Water" and "The Happening".
Thus 'Airbender' marks a potential return to form for the helmer. An adaptation of the hit cartoon series

Renee Zellweger heats up speculations that she is getting more and more serious with boyfriend Bradley Cooper. Amidst rumors suggesting that she has been engaged to the star of "The Hangover", the 40-year-old beauty was spotted prepping for Christmas celebration with the actor's mother Gloria.
On December 24, the Ruby Thewes of "Cold Mountain" and Gloria were captured on camera making a stop at Bay Cities Italian Deli for some grocery shopping. The two then headed to Joan's on Third to pick up some more food. They were seen driving back home in the actress' Mini Cooper. Bradley himself was not seen joining the two.
Prior to her Christmas Eve outing, Renee has been reported by the Daily Mail having a date with Bradley. The pair, who was reportedly had a house hunting in Pacific Palisades, California, was seen at the Arclight Cinema in Hollywood for a movie night after the

District 9 was one of this year's stand-out films, both within sci-fi and in general.
This was no mean feat given that it was director Neill Blomkamp's debut feature and stars his former school friend Sharlto Copley in his first major role.
The movie arrives on DVD and Blu-ray on Monday, December 28. I've been working my way through the material on both formats and will be posting reviews here shortly.
In addition, the Coventry Telegraph's print edition is today offering the chance to win a Blu-ray of the film. The competition is open to UK entrants only and closes on January 2. You'll need to get hold of the newspaper for details of how to enter.
The story of District 9 begins when a giant spaceship hovers over 1980s Johannesburg. On board, the military discovers thousands of malnourished aliens, who are granted refugee status and segregated into their own camp,

From Splash Page: Next year's big-screen reboot of the "A-Team" will be one of many films receiving some attention from the comic book world in advance of its arrival in theaters. Idw Publishing will be launching not one, but two series following Hannibal, B.A. Baracus and the rest of their mercenary crew.
Titled "The A-Team: Shotgun Wedding" and "The A-Team: War Stories," the two series will not only feature the beloved television series' characters (in the likenesses of the new actors playing them), but also offer up some brand new stories of their adventures.
Idw has offered Splash Page readers the first peek at some early art from "The A-Team: Shotgun Wedding," written by Joe Carnahan and Tom Waltz with art from Stephen Mooney — including the ridiculously cool covers to the first and second issues, as well as several inked pages.

With a recent trailer that got most fans chomping at the bit, Clash of the Titans is set to grow further.
According to the L.A. Times' Hero Complex, Warners has increased the budget for the film, allowing director Louis Leterrier to shoot additional scenes.
Said star Sam Worthington, "We're going to be going back and shooting more scenes for it, they cut loose with some money so we can add to it."
The scenes will reportedly be shot in January, with the release date still set for March. And according to a recent AICN piece, the new footage will include Liam Neeson (who plays the Greek god Zeus) who was previously busy filming The A-Team and thus unavailable for additional shoots.

An all-star ensemble cast comes together in Valentine’s Day, following the intertwining storylines of a group of Los Angelinos as they find their way through romance over the course of one Valentine’s Day. Dinner for Schmucks
Opens: July 23rd 2010
Cast: Steve Carell, Paul Rudd, Zach Galifianakis, Bruce Greenwood, David Walliams
Director: Jay Roach
Summary: A renowned publisher encourages his friends to invite the most pathetic guests possible for their weekly dinner party. Just as they find the most pathetic man yet, the host is injured and ends up trapped with the man all night long.
Analysis: A remake of director Francis Veber's 1998 César award-winning "Le Diner des cons", 'Schmucks' is one of the highest profile comedies of next year with one of the strongest casts for the genre in recent memory. It also marks the return of "Austin Powers" and "Meet the Parents" helmer Jay Roach who has produced several films in recent years but hasn't directed since 2004's "Meet the Fockers".
The question now lies not in the performers or director but the material itself and whether a Gallic comedy can

'The Hangover' Arrives On Home Video To Golden Globe Noms And An Increasingly Busy Cast

Before "The Hangover" became one of the biggest success stories of 2009, it was just a Warner Bros. comedy starring that guy who cheats from "He's Just Not That Into You," the dude from "The Office," and some short, fat guy with a beard.
Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis weren't putting all their eggs in one basket, because I'm fairly certain none of them expected "The Hangover" to gross over $459 million in the worldwide box office. In fact, the stars of "The Hangover" have been some of the busiest guys around Hollywood over the past year. Here's a look at what else they've been up to since "The Hangover" hit theaters in June -- beyond, of course, preparing for 2011's "The Hangover 2."
Bradley Cooper
Though Bradley Cooper surprised audiences and critics with his comedic chops in "The Hangover," he chose not to return to the bro-comedy formula. Cooper's

This weekend:
Disney leap Frogs the competition to get to number one; Andy Daly moves to Jelly Stone Park; a Twilight star sees Hereafter; Polanski might not get a release but his Ghost Writer will; Diaz is a Bad Teacher; Frank Langella is an Unknown White Male and Frankenstein Lives in Death Race 2.
Box Office
Clint Eastwood’s Invictus scored just under $10 million over the weekend from 2,125 locations. Opening much like Mystic River and Million Dollar Baby, the film has had solid reviews from critics. With Morgan Freeman and Matt Damon head-lining, the film might have a chance of hitting the $100 million club if it gets some awards momentum.
Disney’s The Princess and the Frog took the top spot this weekend with an estimated $25 million. The film which had been on limited release in selected cinemas has gotten great reviews and with no real competition for the next

Bradley Cooper and Renee Zellweger are reaching nearly six months of being together, and the latest news about the couple says they're house hunting together in California. It was back in August that Renee and Bradley were caught smooching in Spain, and since then they've kept the spark alive while doing long distance with frequent visits. They've been a pretty low-key duo, as Bradley's been filming The A-Team in Vancouver. You guys didn't think they made the best couple back in the Summer, but tell us - did you think Bradley and Renee would make it this far?
