- Factual errors: When young 50 is about to "protect" his mom when she's confronting the drug dealer who's working her corner, 50's weapon was a club, that particular club didn't come out until the early '90s.
- Revealing mistakes: When Majestic is discussing killing the police to Marcus, the shot of the Uptown station house has the same figure ascending its steps in both shots, revealing that one shot was used twice instead of actually using two separate shots of the same location.
- Incorrectly regarded as goofs: When 50 Cent gets his Mercedes Benz S500, he starts playing his Window Shopper song. He wasn't a rapper back then. This is not an actual goof, as the tape 50 was listening to was his demo tape, and he was in the car to drive to a meeting with a producer that was going to listen to his demo.
- Continuity: When Marcus is shot by Justice in the beginning of the movie, the money bag flies to Justice. The second time, the bag goes out to the side.
- Continuity: During the robbery at the beginning, Marcus' handgun repeatedly changes from a Glock-17 to a Glock-19 depending on the shot.
- Continuity: In the beginning of the movie when they riding to the check cashing place, 50 Cent is in the front passenger seat. When they showed the same scene the second time, he is sitting in the back seat.

- Continuity: SPOILER: Toward the end of the movie when the kid walks into the street then turns to shoot the cop through the LF window of the car he does so killing the cop. In the very next scene with him running from the scene, the car is in the background with the LF window rolled up.
