Sex & Nudity

In the unrated version, Hancock hooks up with a women he meets at a bar. He takes her back to his trailer and before they have sex, her friend calls and she makes a remark, "I don't know, I haven't seen it yet." referring to Hancock's privates. She acts very seductively. And Hancock tells her at his moment of climax she needs to be as far away from him as possible. Moaning is heard and the trailer shakes, but nothing is seen. He throws her off of him and three sizzling holes can be seen in the ceiling, showing that that was his seminal fluid.

Passionate kissing in other places in the movie.

We briefly see part of the side of Hancock's buttocks where his clothes were torn.

In the beginning, Hancock slaps a passing woman on the buttocks.

Violence & Gore

Fighting and violence throughout.

Near the end, Hancock gets shot repeatedly. Blood is shown.

Hancock shoves a man's head up another man's anus, the his head is shown completely inside the other man's anus.

Hancock gets stabbed. No blood is shown.

A man's hands get cut off twice off-screen (shown once in the unrated version). Then he's sliced in the neck with an axe.

Mary gets shot a bunch of times in the hospital (She's a mortal in the end) and screams in pain.

Profanity

Asshole is used throughout, in fact it becomes a theme of the movie.

My guess is there is about 40 uses of "A**hole" or "A*s"

About 2 "bitches"

About 6 "shits"

2 f-words (one is in subtitles but is spelled F%#@) (one other time in unrated version)

"Christ" used profanely once.

Hancock drinks heavily throughout

A man gets intoxicated after dinner

Intense fighting throughout.

And man gets both of his hands cut off, then his neck is sliced.

It's more humorous, but the scene where Hancock shoves a man's head up another man's head butt could bother some people.
