The theme of the movie is a psycopathic killer on the loose who cannot be stopped. He commits several murders most of which happen on-screen and result in very bloody outcomes.several people die on-screen, especially the opening of the man getting shot in the face. After the fight with Moss and Anton Chigurh, Moss is going to mexico and then he looks at one of the wounds and then vomits.
