A man and a woman have graphic sex in public; you see her breasts and his buttocks. A man is massaged by two nude women. Several topless woman are shown by a swimming pool. Topless women are shown at a club. A man wears a hospital robe and you can see his backside.

A main theme of this movie is about a mob hitman who was poisoned in his sleep, by his rival. He then decides that he will murder the man who did this to him if its the last thing that he does. He eventually does so, and murders anybody who dares to try and stop him.

However, the catch is, he needs to keep adrenaline pumping in his body, and killing people keeps up adrenaline.

A main theme of the movie is that Ricky injects a syringe in Chev's neck and tells him that he was injected with with a deadly mixture of drugs, and that if he does not keep his adreneline up, he will die

Chev takes many different legal and non-legal drugs to give his body energy including epinephrine, cocaine, caffeine, and others (all drug use is shown on-screen graphically)

Two supporting characters smoke once (cigar/cigarette).
