Several pranks and stunts involve both male and female nudity.

In a number of scenes, a man dressed as an old woman "accidentally" exposes her breasts in public. In several others, a man dressed as an old man has a fake scrotum hanging out the leg of his shorts in public.

The cast members stimulate a horse and have him ejaculate into a cup. Then Chris Pontius drinks it. (There is a black box hiding this in the R-rated version.)

Wee-Man walks across a table during a business meeting totally naked.

Wee-Man is completely covered by an absolutely enormous woman wearing only a g-string. Later he is almost covered by an enormously overweight cast member who is completely naked. We can see the back of his scrotum as he lies on top of Wee-Man.

We see a naked man, holding his hand over his privates, defecate onto the bathroom of a doll-house.

We see a man taking a beer enema.

The cast shave their pubic hair to play a prank on someone. We see parts of their privates as they hold them out of the way of the clippers. The pubic hair is attached to the face of an unsuspecting cast member.

In an additional segment on the DVD, Wee-Man and Bam Margera get into an elevator totally nude. There is no one else in the elevator.

The non-stop dangerous and graphic stunts are all real and intense. Many of the stunts have bloody results.

When a man falls off a fire hose, he tears his pants and severely scrapes his butt. We get to see it in close-up.

We get to see a brand several days after it was made. It appears to be infected.

A man is bitten several times by an anaconda that must have very sharp teeth. Blood streams all down the man's arm.

When a man crashes through a set piece, he cuts his shin severely. We see the blood streaming down his lower leg.

There is non-stop vulgar language and crude sexual references and jokes. For example, the F-word is used 253 times, and the S-word is used at least 57 times. There is frequent use of crude anatomical and sexual terms as well as profuse profane language.
