Own the rights?
This movie was simply great - in that at no point did I feel like I had to figure things out.Recently I read a review criticizing how childish this movie seemed to them. An exact quote from this review goes - "An interesting premise, with a plot twist that feels very predictable but ends in a surprising way, its still not enough for me to recommend it to anyone, as the film doesn't leave with you anything —- no glowing feelings, no revelations, not even a basic contentment after watching a horror, thriller or romantic comedy." What is that suppose to mean? Just because this movie didn't leave you with a similar feeling to every other "mega-bucks Hollywood romantic (comedy)" out there you are saying it's not even worth recommending to anyone? Outrageous I tell you - outrageous.Anyways, I loved this film simply because it was simple. Sex & Death takes you on an enjoyable ride among new faces and even throws in some laugh out loud moments. The whole premise of this film is set off for the audience not to take anything too seriously, but still keeps you in a real world environment while telling the story.I definitely recommend this movie to anyone looking to sit back, relax, and have a good laugh. I would like to mention this is not a family movie in any sense of the term; good amount of nudity and language.Have a great night!
