[Batman rappels down into the mint with Zatanna]
This place is surrounded by cops!
[Points to where Batman is looking]
That's where the money was.
[Turns to walk in the opposite direction; broken glass is heard. Batman and Zatanna look at her feet, where there is broken glass and scrape marks on the floor]

"Zatanna Zatara"is the name of a hot babe who's dad was a professional magician and mentor to an early Bruce Wayne, just before Bruce went to Japan to train (all before he was "Batman.") Bruce spent awhile preparing his skills before becoming the Caped Crusader. Little Zatanna had a crush on "John Smith," as Bruce called himself.
Anyway, Zatanna is now all grown up and a professional illusionist herself, and a good one. Bruce and Albert attend one of her shows. During the show, she is framed for stealing millions of dollars that was at the Gotham Mint. (It's a complicated story.) Batman bails her out of jail and the two set out to prove her innocence. They know who is framing her, so the idea to catch him and prove he's the crook.
During the latter part of the episode, the criminal, "Dr. Montague Kane," voice by famous actor Michael York) - is caught trying to escape in his airplane, which is a cool-looking stealth-type aircraft (with propellers). It's like a huge Spruce Goose, but in the form of a Stealth. Some dramatic action scenes occur on the wings and beneath the plane.
Julie Brown guest-stars as the voice of Zatanna and does a fine job.
