Major Winchester used his tape recorder to tell his family what life has been like at the 4077th. Colonel Potter did a painting of Major Winchester in his office. He griped about the deplorable surroundings at his outfit. He demanded Colonel Potter to have him sent back to Tokyo to finish his work as a surgeon; no such luck would occur in his camp as commanding officer. He told his father -- over his tape recording -- to contact Senator Griswold in having him sent home to Boston.
Captain Hunnicutt's wife sent him a gift package from their home in Mill Valley, California. He found out the cake tasted better than it actually looked in the container. Captains Pierce and Hunnicutt loaded Major Winchester's tray with a ton of food. They later headed back to "The Swamp." From there, they switched his regular pants with ones that were much smaller in size. Major Winchester would eventually be hopping outside the camp for a round of exercise.
Captain Pierce would be looking forward to meet a nurse in Seoul for rest and recuperation. He would fall asleep in the tent as Corporal Klinger sent him a jeep ... all after a long session in surgery. Major Winchester would act in obvious haste -- in his recording to his parents -- of his conditions at the 4077th ... thus demanding a transfer to Boston. The end result: A Fat 9.2!! Enjoy!!
