Goofs for
"The X Files" Arcadia (1999)

• Continuity: When Mulder is checking his watch to show they moved in by six o clock, the date says the 7th. However, when Scully is narrating the film she is taking of the house, she says the date is the 24th.
  
  
• Continuity: When Mulder damages the mailbox, he puts the flag up and opens the door. After he returns from the bathroom, the mailbox is fixed and the flag is no longer visible. (at 27:12). In the next scene, when he goes out to the mailbox (at 27:20), the flag is back up again.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: While Mulder is tearing the grass away in the neighbor's yard (at 30:42), a sound engineer's equipment is clearly visible on the right side of the frame for 3 seconds.
  
  

• Continuity: In the episode "Monday", Mulder's Omega watch displays the time and the day of the week. In the episode "Arcadia" it displays the time and the date.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: (At 09:22) Scully turns on the video camera and starts talking. We get to see the display and elapsed recording time, which is 1min 17secs. Scully has only had the camera switched on for 14 seconds.
  
  
• Continuity: (At 19:19) The camera looks over the shoulder of a guy picking up a wine glass, in the very next shot he picks it up again.
  
  
• Continuity: (At 20:33) Scully leaves the table to join her host in walking the dog. The window behind the table shows it is still light outside, but the very next time we see Scully is is pitch dark outside.
