"The X Files" Chinga (1998)

A lady takes a bubble bath.

An old lady is seen in her night gown.

A girl is seen in her pajamas.

There's talk about a lady having an affair with someone.

The start of the episode is very nasty as people attempt to scratch their eyes out. One guy manages to stop himself but winds up stabbing his eye out with a knife only a moment later.

A bit later we see the people with the bloody eyes. Later on in the episode we see one of the guys in the store for awhile with his damaged eyes (although they are somewhat healed).

A lady slits her throat with a record.

A guy beats himself to death with his baton (we don't see it happen, SEE BELOW)

A lady hits herself in the head with a hammer.

In all these scenes mentioned above we see images of people about to die and how they will die.

A DQ lady gets her hair caught in an ice cream machine. We see blood and it takes awhile for someone to frantically shut the machine off.

In a flashback story, we see a guy with a hook through his head.

A doll is cooked in the mircowave and we later see the charred remains.

MINOR SPOILER EPISODE NOTE THOUGH: The name of this episode though supposedly is the F-word in Spanish

This is a very disturbing episode as this doll makes people suffer and die of gruesome deaths. The doll's always saying, "Let's have fun" and "I want to play".

Towards the end of the episode this lady tries to kill herself in her own desired way but the doll won't allow it scolding her, "Don't play with matches" blowing them out, "Don't play with knives" slamming/sealing the drawers shut. "Let's play with the hammer," wanting the person to kill herself that way and even going, "I don't like you anymore"
