Sex & Nudity

The game is very sexual.

Players have the option to go into strip clubs and get lap dances.

You can have girlfriends that will have sex with you. Although it is non-explicit and nothing is shown.

You can pick up a prostitute, and pay her to do sexual things to you. Although it is non-explicit.

A man tells another man that he had two women with him the night before, and that there's nothing like having four tits to play with.

A stripper dances on a pole, there is a very close shot of her breasts, but she has stars over her nipples, and is wearing a very small thong.

After a date with Michelle Roman asks him if he even got her titties out.

A man tells another man that the local strip club has great titties.

A man tells another man jokingly that his breath smells like tits.

A radio host jokes saying that he's been boning more hookers lately than he normally does.

A radio host talks about people having sex with little kids.

Violence & Gore

There's lots of intense violence with a lot blood spray. Most of the violence is gang violence.

Although there is no gore, there's a lot of blood spurting from bodies.

The player has the ability to shoot pedestrians and blow up everything.

You can also just run around and kill innocent people.

People are shot in cut-scenes and there is blood.

A man threatens to kill some gangsters after they beat up another man.

A man beats up two gangsters in a basketball court.

A man talks about how he's killed people in drug wars.

Realistic executions. Bloody.

Profanity

Strong language throughout the game including the f-word, s-word and various other words/phrases. Most scenes don't have it too much, but some have constant language (note that they are short in duration, though.) In gameplay, the same bad language is used as well. There is also a restaurant called Mr Fucks Chinese restaurant.

224 uses of the f word.

The main story has several spots where language (mainly the "F" word) is used very heavily. The "F" word is used in the campaign very heavily in spots as are other swears.

There is bars in the game, enabling the player to get drunk whenever and the effect makes it harder to control your character/drive. One character smokes marijuana almost every time he's around. A cutscene shows a woman who's been up all night smoking crystal meth (she is still doing so in the scene.) There is a heroin addict in 2 parts of the game (but she never does heroin on screen). There is also several missions to kill different kinds of drug dealers. Cigarettes are smoked in a few scenes as well.

Drugs: Marijuana, Cocaine, Heroin, and Crystal Meth.

Some cutscenes of realistic executions. You can kill a person whenever you want by shooting/stabbing/fighting. Not all that intense, but may be considered absurd to certain people.
