*The movie contains an excessive amount of blood and gore which includes graphic on-screen killings with a hammer for most of the time and sometimes with fishhooks, guns and knives.

(No exact order)

-At the very beginning of the movie a man gets up and slips on the floor. It turns out to be blood and he is now covered in it. He goes into the next room on the train to see a man hacking someone to death with a hammer, most of it is off screen but squishing can be heard.

The fishhooked guy tries to stop the Killer and he is hit again with the hammer on the face, blood gushes in an abnormal matter.

-Two men struggle in a train-car, glass is broken, a hammer is used to beat one of the men's hand, a man is stabbed, and then one of them is shot by another man blood pours and sprays in a close-up.

-Many other crimes done by a hammer, some off-screen, some graphically on screen, most with lots of blood spraying on walls.

-Many bodies can be seen hanging by hooks naked and with blood on them, in a scene one the bodies' hands is cut off and thrown at a woman, also one of the bodies is stabbed during a fight scene.

Profanity

-The killer is a very vicious person that kills without mercy, speech or affiction He is helped by other characters in the movie, such as the train's driver and a police officer, making it close to impossible for him to be caught .

-Most of what's under the VIOLENCE/GORE section is very intense.

-The film features loads and loads of blood, some times it is graphically poured or sprayed on other characters and sometimes it's CGI and looks a bit fake, but in both cases it's intense.

-In a couple of scenes blood on the floor is so thick, that a couple of characters slip on it and fall to the floor, covering their clothes, hair and skin in it.
