In the beginnng a topless model is shown changing, her boobs shown for about 4 seconds. Later on, two fully nude lesbian ghosts make out with this girl, then each other. Boobs and butt are shown, darkness covers lower part. That scene lasts a long time. When the lesbian ghost touches the girl, it shows a brief segment of her being taken away from her girlfriend while she's nude, for about half a second it shows her boobs, but noticable. At the end, a couple make out while the girl is topless. She isn't topless at first, bt then he takes it off for her. Scene is long, but usually her boobs are hidden.
Several gruesome killings. Head crushing, ripping apart, drowning, and someone being burned to death are all shown. A guy gets his brain ripped out. Blood is consistent throughout the movie, and never disappoints the audience with its gore.
F word used quite frequently, but usually used in the mother f***er form. S**t is heard. Bi**h is heard. No sexual slurs.
