Is there solace in revenge? Bond and "M" sniff a shadowy international network of power and corruption reaping billions. As Bond pursues the agents of an assassination attempt on "M," all roads lead to Dominic Greene, a world-renowned developer of green technology. Greene, a nasty piece of work, is intent on securing a barren area of Bolivia in exchange for assisting a strongman stage a coup there. Did You Know?
This film marks the return of the "traditional" gun barrel sequence, albeit at the end of the film, as opposed to the beginning. Similarly, Casino Royale
(2006) incorporated the gun barrel sequence as part of the opening fight scene. The following film, Skyfall
(2012), also uses the sequence at the end. These three films are the first to break away from the "traditional" use of the gun barrel sequence at the beginning of a James Bond film, which was used for the last time in Die Another Day

When Bond arrives back in Siena and M shows him the file containing the pictures of Vesper's boyfriend the file is open in order for Bond to steal a photograph and is then untouched until the end of the scene, when he pushes the file back across the table and it is already closed. See more
