Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

The most graphic scene is when Brennan and Dale are fighting about Dale's drum set and Brennan runs upstairs and pulls his testicles out and rubs them on one of the drums, you can clearly see them.

Breenan sticks his hands in his pants while watching an exercise broadcast in the opening credits.

Robert and Nancy talk while disrobing and they kiss on the bed briefly before it cuts to their wedding.

Dale and Breenan read adult magazines with nudity out of focus in the shots, but still noticeable if you look.

Derek's wife ends up cheating on him with Dale, the act is mostly kept off-screen(with moaning and the comment "wow, that's slippery"). She pushes him up against the sink and wraps one leg around his waist and then starts to graphically move up and down. No nudity is shown and it is all from the waist up. She then goes to pee in a public stall immediately after they finish, with one of her legs spread against the wall.

During christmas dinner, Derek's wife spells out " Let's f**k right now" in her food and then leaves and Dale follows and she whispers " Let's try something new" and they are up against the wall ( there is shoulder movement and moaning for a few seconds) and then they slip and the door gets opened and they make a really awkward excuse until she hits orgasm and then starts shouting, to which they close the doors, and then a ouple seconds later they accidently hit the door again and they are in a different, MUCH more obvious position. No nudity is shown.

There is plenty of vulgar sex talk throughout, including a few uses of the "f word" in a sexual context.

Violence & Gore

Dale punches Derek directly in the face; he is then shown with a bloody nose (he's ok).

After Brennan gets crushed by the bed, he screams out in pain, but the only injury is a little scrape on his arm. (some blood, but not graphic at all).

Brennan hits Dale with a shovel and then proceeds to bury him alive (he's serious, but it's meant to be funny).

Small school children harass, then beat up Dale and Brennan and make them lick dog poop.

Later in the after credits of the movie the brothers beat up the school kids.

Profanity

56 f-bombs and 30 s-words top the list, and don't forget a dozen uses of slang for male and female genitalia. Definitely not for sensitive ears.

Brennan and Dale are shown drinking wine at a party.

Dale makes a gross joke at the dinner table, and Brennan points at Dale's drink and jokingly says "I remember when I had my first beer."

Robert gets mad at the brothers, then goes to a bar to get drunk. He later comes home and his wife says that he reeks of Scotch (he is stumbling around a bit also).

At one point Brennan says that he smoked pot with Johnny Hopkin. (we never see this, we only hear it).

Derek tells Brennan and Dale that he smoked a joint in his car (again we only hear it).

Brennan gets crushed under a make-shift bunk bed (he's ok).

Brennan and Dale sleepwalk at night which may upset some people who sleepwalk, or live with someone who does this.

Derek is an absolute jerk to his wife, mother and family throughout the movie, but at the end he ends up being nice.
