This movie contains a lot of violence & gore, people are found dead in a hospital that look like they have been dead for a few weeks.A man is shot, a man is punched in the face repeatedly, then kicked in the face while on the ground. Although you don't see him being kicked.A mans leg is attacked by a creature, you see a small cut to the leg.A creature punches a man in the chest and pulls out his heart, you see his heart beating in the creatures fist.
Characters say several times "What the Hell was that?"
