Penny-less and job-less, Sandy gets by on her looks and attitude, and by borrowing from her high-powered sister. At her best friend's funeral, she meets a handsome con artist, Keith, and as soon as she gets her stolen goods back from him, she plans on being on her own again. But when her sister gets into a load of legal and financial trouble, Sandy accepts a too-good-to-be-true job offer from Keith, and then tries to support her argumentative family. Trivia

The character of Richardson had been written three years before we found the home we scouted to use in the film. It turned out that the owner's name was not only Dan Richardson but that he also had a stained glass window with his family crest printed in the glass. See more »

Absolute zero
29 September 2013 | by See all my reviews

I saw this at a film festival a while back. Let me say this: Every scale has a bottom. In physics, -273.15 degrees centigrade represents the lowest possible temperature, the point at which molecules can no longer contract. It is referred to as absolute zero. For movies, my absolute zero begins with Prime of Your Life. It is perhaps the worst film I have ever seen. Now, as for Kelly King, the "director," I had the experience of meeting him at the screening. He may look like an idiot and talk like an idiot but don't let that fool you...he really is an idiot. He's a professional slimeball and pretentious little homunculus, a mere haircut that passes for a man. He should quit "film" "making" and pursue his true destiny of busing tables and/or being a 'fluffer' on adult film sets. Avoid this "movie" at all costs. You'll thank me for it later.
