Sex & Nudity

Many rude jokes are made about homosexuals, including a couple blowjob-related hand gestures.

A incredibly brief, quickly cut sex scene. Only faces are seen in close up.

A boy in seen in his underwear.

We see a man's butt and he makes a gay joke.

Violence & Gore

1.MANY SPOILERS BELOW

A bound and gagged man is lowered into a pool of crayfish, he comes back, Lenny assumes the information is faulty, and lowers him again, most likely to never return.

2. A scene shows 2 people slapping each other several times.

3. A club bouncer refuses to let Johnny in, he doesn't have any money, he argues with the bouncer, and, then, he stabs him in the neck and chest many times with a pencil. He knocks him to the ground, kicks and punches him while on the ground, and, then hits him in the head repeatedly with a trash can lid.

4. The wild bunch is driving their stolen sedan, which a large truck, occupied by russian henchmen, crashes into. One of the henchmen stabs a knife through the roof of the sedan, but it crashes, throwing the henchmen off. The Wild Bunch isn't seriously injured, but the henchmen jump back on, so the car crashes into a convenience store. One of the henchmen struggles with one two, but is then shot repeatedly(he survives since he has a bullet proof vest on), while another one is hit repeatedly with a golf club by Handsome Bob.

5. This scene continues with a long on-foot chase. Handsome Bob holds his gun on some people, while Mumbles steals a motorcycle. One of the henchmen chases One-Two to the train tracks. One-two hits him with a piece of wood, but the henchmen comes back up. No more fighting occurs, because the henchmen stops due to exhaustion, One-Two makes an oral sex gesture as an insult and walks away.

6. Lenny gets his legs broken with a golf club by Uri's assistant. You see the first hit, then hear the crunches and Lenny's agonizing screams.

7. The henchmen come to One-Two's apartment, one of them pulls a machete on him. Archie and some assisants are about to walk in to capture One-Two, but they catch the 2 russians shirtless in underwear preparing to kill him while he's bound and gagged. Archie kills the henchmen off-screen, and, One Two is captured.

8. Uri goes to Stella's apartment to propose to her, but finds the painting and tells his assistant to bring gloves. It is assumed that she is killed.

9. Lenny shoots Johnny in the stomach, but he survives.

10. Roman, Mickey, and, Johnny are being held by one of Lenny's henchmen, most likely to kill them. Johnny tells them what's going to happen, so Roman and Mickey struggle with the henchmen's gun which fires into the man's head(blood is seen on the wall, and, it's confirmed that he's dead when Johnny says he's got no head). Johnny shoots 2 guards when the elevator opens. Another henchmen is about to strike the 3, but One Two knocks him out with a bat or a piece of wood.

11. When Johnny comes out of rehab with his injuries gone, Archie gives him a present. Johnny puts a gun to his head, but puts it down when he sees Uri's painting. Johnny is wondering how Archie got a hold of it, and he tells him it cost a wealthy russian an arm and a leg(meaning Archie tortured and killed Uri).

It's also implied that Lenny beat Johnny as a kid, and, it's mentioned that Johnny's real parents died.

Profanity

F**k - Around 100

S**t - 6

All other profanities are used pretty infrequently, although the stuff above is enough to occupy the running time. There is about 5 or 6 anatomical terms total, some name-calling, a couple homophobic insults, and, around 10 religious profanities.

A man is seen taking a hit on a bong in one scene. Other than that, people drink casually and smoke.

Several references to junkies.

The child abuse scene may disturb some viewers, seeing as the kid is very young, innocent and doing nothing. The crayfish scene may disturb some viewers too. Some startling gunshots.
