Sex scenes but as a TV-14 nothing shown.

In Season 3 there is one minor fight, but it is not long or intense

A main theme in season three is a contract killing

Mainly just references to violence

Shit, Ass, Damn (and its derivatives), Bitch, and Prick are all used in many episodes. In Episode 3:7 Goddamn is used several times. Pussy is said every once and awhile.

One of the main character's originally sold drugs with his friend (and did them; this is seen once in a flashback episode). A bong is shown in a couple of episodes.

Some cases involve drugs as subject.

Harvey and Mike use marijuana in the season 2 finale (they are high for about 10 minutes of the episode)

There is nothing frightening can be seen in the series so far. However the show may be intense in the sense that tension between characters is getting worse. Suicide is mentioned and death is discussed, but not in a frightening way. The main intensity is seen when characters fight physically.(Not a regular occurrence)
