Storyline

The hero of the book is 18-year-old Addison Schacht, a Jewish high-school senior in Washington D.C.. The book is his response to the essay question, "What are your best and worst qualities?". He explains he has only bad qualities, as illustrated by the events of his senior year. They include collecting offensive jokes; dealing drugs to his classmates; and insulting teachers, fellow students, and his girlfriend's mother. But his classmate is killed, and he begins to investigate the death.

Just Enough
18 November 2017 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

I love both of the leads in this one, Ansel Elgort I have loved him ever since "The Fault in Our Stars" and Chloe Grace Moretz ever since "Kick Ass" and "Kick Ass 2". In actuality I think they helped carry this movie and script. The story just gives us enough for the ride, but felt as though they could have given the stars a better vehicle and more to go with. It is about a friend that is tragically killed in a robbery where he works and then after leaves the main character questioning the murder. Most of the movie is about our main character Addison played by Elgort digging in to find out more about the tragedy and the why's. It's believable as I found myself thinking if a good friend of mine was murdered I would want to know why. Again it leaves us with just enough intrigue to peak our interest as viewers. I payed to stream it online with a friend and neither of us were disappointed, even my friend liked it more and would have rated it a 10 over the 8 I gave it. Again I think our two main characters are great talents and I will seek them out in any movie they star in. Perhaps you will wait to see it on a DVD, but by any means do so as I think it's quite an enjoyable ride!!
