Storyline

The tale of the Grateful Dead is inspiring, complicated, and downright messy. A tribe of contrarians, they made art out of open-ended chaos and inadvertently achieved success on their own terms. Never-before-seen footage and interviews offer this unprecedented and unvarnished look at the life of the Dead.

Had to be the first to write something, even though I haven't seen this documentary. I have a Grateful Dead flag flying on my flagpole. And I'm sure that very few living in my conservative Sun City area would approve, otherwise please stop in and say hi.

The Dead changed my mind on the style of music I was enjoying. Now I subscribe to Sirius XM only for their channel.

Once in a while you get shown the light, in the strangest of places, if you look at it right.
