Awful show from the 1970's?
2 October 2016 | by (Malta) – See all my reviews

The first season of this show is so bad that it is hard to know where to begin. It feels like a low-budget series from the 1970's, and not in a time-traveling kind of a way, but rather how the special effects and story-telling goes.

The first season is bad on a whole new level. Crap beyond crap.

The second season though has been decently entertaining so far - in the same way paint suddenly drying faster is more entertaining then slow drying paint. The acting has got significantly better and it is almost fun to watch. Almost. I changed my previous rating from a 1 to a 2 just because it has improved a lot from the first season. The show is still bad, very low budget and not very good scripting, but at least it is almost watchable in the 2nd season.

In general though; nothing really makes sense, the acting is abysmal (1st season especially), the scripts horrible. Why was this crap even created? Who thought that this was a good idea? With the Flash now being one of the worst things on TV, and albeit a good try to rejuvenate Arrow that show too is (still) really bad, I believe that DC should keep to cartoons where they are great and close down these shows which are only embarrassing.

Do not watch, and if you do; watch the first episode of the first season, then jump directly to the 2nd season, or you can lobotomize yourself first with a rusty nail which may bring some enjoyment.
