I found out that Kincaid from Nightmare 3 and 4 had done a new horror film called Gorenos so I immediately checked it out and I thought it was damn good. I really liked the characters and I appreciated that they weren't complete idiots. They reacted the same way I would've reacted if scary stuff started happening to me. I thought it was well written, which is pretty rare to see in a horror movie, especially a low budget horror movie and some things happened in this film that really caught me off guard. It's not the scariest film out there but it was definitely creepy and it had a strong story with solid performances throughout. I think fans of the old school horror films will really get a kick out of this film.
