It is a universal story that happens every day and is presented in four parts: the Idyll, the Crisis, the Collapse and the Catharsis. For the ones familiar with this phenomenon, it will be a painful experience. For the rest, let it be a reminder.
I had the pleasure of viewing the movie at The Montreal World Film Festival 2017. Perfectly weighted film in every way, from pace to acting and all framed with a wonderful score and great cinematography. Druzinica shows how people react when faced with their biggest challenges in life. It takes something really exceptional to break my emotionless machine persona. This film ripped me apart.
I had he chance to meet the director Jan Cvitkovic. Great work and great performance by the actors.
