Right after the Leonard Bailey trial is over, a court audience member with blue shirt and red tie sitting behind Mike Ross immediately gets up and walks out the courtroom. Camera is then zoomed in on Mike and the same court audience member is (again) getting out of his seat. This isn't the same time-frame because Mike looks down in the first shot, and in the close-up view he turns his head to the right instead like he's noticing the court audience member behind him leaving. What will Suits do next?!
24 September 2016 | by (United Kingdom) – See all my reviews

This was a great episode. I loved the focus on Jessica Pearson (who has always been one of my favourite characters since I recently got into Suits from Season 5). Her commitment to the innocence case and her cross examination in Court was brilliant, especially due to the ethical and internal dilemma of having to pick saving her firm over saving a man's life. I loved the flashbacks giving an insight into Jessica's earlier life- she has always been someone who knows what she wants and goes for it. That's incredibly inspiring to see. This was Suits drama at its best AND Gina Torres portrayed the emotional dilemmas of Jessica perfectly.

And then the writers throw that spanner in, when we discover (right at the end) that she will be leaving to pursue her love. I was emotionally distraught during those moments. They remind us why we love Jessica Pearson and how incredibly strong she is as a character in the show, and then they take her away. I thought the episode was great, but I will be in serious mourning for the strong female character that was Jessica Pearson, and her superb wardrobe that I can only hope to emulate one day..... This is why I could not give the episode 10 out of 10. My favourite character is gone and I am truly sad. But good luck to Gina Torres in her next chapter, and I do hope that the door may be open for her to return to Suits as a guest star for a few episodes.

I can already tell that I will have Jessica withdrawals so I will be watching Suits from the very beginning on Netflix due to this mid-season break.

I am now interested to see where Suits will go next, and more importantly, I question will I still care now that Jessica is gone? I still find Louis and Harvey interesting, and both are very enjoyable to watch as actors. But I do feel that the show will be a little unbalanced without a strong female character. I hope Rachel comes more into her own now that Mike is out of prison. I liked her character development whilst he was away, but I do find her very annoying when she's with him.

Mmmm...what will Suits do next?......
