Storyline

Karma is an unforgivable force to be reckoned with. John Miller finds this out the hard way after abandoning his college girlfriend, Madeline Griffin, and their infant daughter, Valerie, in order to chase his dreams. After eighteen years, however, all he has to show for his efforts are disappointments and failures. His lonely existence is then turned upside down when his estranged daughter shows up at his doorstep, looking to reconnect after her mother's death. John, unwilling to change, learns that destiny has other plans. As Valerie struggles with her husband, Cole Watts, a ruthless monster hidden behind a coy smile, these two strangers are drawn back to each other. Will John give into fate, saving both Valerie and himself, or will karma have the last word? Written by Tyler J. Shaw
