Credited cast:

Rockers released the new album Blue and Lonesome - the first since 2005. And by the day of release, the video for the song Ride 'Em On Down arrived in time. It embodies the rock-and-roll "our everything". Kristen Stewart chases on a steep vintage 65th Mustang in desert Los Angeles, dances at a gas station and, of course, listens to The Rolling Stones. Ride'Em On - cover of Eddie Taylor's 1955 song. The whole new album of "rollings" covers covers the Chicago blues of the 1950s and 1960s. Written by Peter-Patrick76 (peter-patrick@mail.com)

My least favorite Stewart movie perhaps
1 May 2017 | by (Berlin, Germany) – See all my reviews

I guess you can call it a movie from some perspective. The title "The Rolling Stones: Ride 'Em on Down" already gives away what this is, namely the 3-minute music video by the Stones for the song "Ride 'Em Down". Like on previous occasions, Jagger and the gang collaborate with known actors, in this very case Kristen Stewart. And I cannot deny I am a great fan of her. But as she was basically just driving around and dancing a bit in here before giving us the finger at the very end, there is nothing memorable in here. The song fits the same description. Not entirely bad to listen to, but also nothing remotely special or memorable. To me, this one really looked more like a car commercial. I'd only recommend it to the biggest fans of the Rolling Stones and I wish I could say I also recommend it to the biggest Stewart fans, but as I consider myself one of these as well and did not enjoy it, I cannot give out this recommendation. It's a relatively underwhelming project overall and nowhere near the level of Stewart's appearance in Marcus Foster's "I Was Broken" for example. The addition of experienced director François Rousselet does not prevent this one here from being entirely forgettable either. Stay away and don't be fooled by the millions of clicks it scored on Youtube within half a year only. Quantity does not mean quality in this very case.
