A middle aged man takes up tango as a way to get exercise (hence the title: "I'm not here to be loved") but he and his dance partner develop feelings for one another. Not a film for spectacular dance scenes, but all tangueros/tangueras will recognize the struggle the beginners go through to learn the dance. A very sweet film!

An office worker enlists the help of a colleague to help him learn tango. The film is a sort of modern fairy tale. Well worth 14 minutes of your time.

It's like a tango version of The Buena Vista Social Club. This film is all about the musicians and the music.

This documentary follows the attempts of a group of musicians to set up a school for studying and learning the tango. This film is all about the musicians and the music.

The film follows a woman as she tries to recover after her relationship ends. There's not much tango dancing nor even that much music, but tango does permeate the whole film.

I think most people will remember this more for the butter than the tango. But I like the scene at the milonga.
