This movie is by many people rated as the most disturbing movie of all time. I agree it's disturbing, but since 1980, lots of new movies have been made and the #1 spot is lost forever! I think especially the animal cruelty is hard to watch!

Lots of sequels are made; All with a little or no success. I have seen most of them and they really stink. That's why I'll not mention them here! Just stick with this original movie and you will do fine!

Unrated | 70 min | Horror

Two serial killers go on a murdering rampage as one films the outcome from behind a video camera.

Director: Fred Vogel | Stars: Kyle Dealman, Casey Eganey, Dan Friedman, Alexa Iris

Votes: 2,563

An infamous trilogy of simulated snuff movies with very low budgets.

  • August Underground -
An extremely hard movie to watch, but only because of the low quality, bad acting and the non-existing story!

  • August Underground's Mordum -
A bit better quality, but still no story. Just the young people which *beep* and torture everything! This movie is extreme, but I find most of the scenes to obscure to let them affect me. The most gross scene is the one, which involve a small body and some maggots! 2/10

  • August Underground's Penance -
Definetely the best movie in the trilogy. A decent quality and much better special effects, makes this movie far better than the first two; But still the story is non-existing and the actors are still very annoying!

Votes: 88,788 | Gross: $0.14M

Director: Jörg Buttgereit | Stars: Bernd Daktari Lorenz, Beatrice Manowski, Harald Lundt, Collosseo

Votes: 7,946

Like I said about "Aftermath" necrophilia is very sick. Nekromantik is an old movie made with bad actors for a very low budget. The movie is more ridiculous than scary, but it's disturbing, no doubt about that. The scene with the knife at 1:06 is very weird and I really don't know what the director will show with this? Disturbing - Yes! Interesting - No!

Votes: 5,558

This is an insane movie with several disturbing scenes. An autopsy on a living boy and a cat attacked by mice are only a few of the insane things one can expect of this movie. What makes it very creepy is that it all happened in real life in WW2!

43 min | Short, Horror

A duo of guys capture and brutally torture a young girl to the point of piercing her retina.

Director: Satoru Ogura

Votes: 3,225

Guinea Pig 1-6 is an old classical "torture box" from Japan. It's faked snuff, which is made so realistic that Charlie Sheen believed it was real and prosecuted the director.

"Guinea Pig: Devil's Experiment" is pretty hard to watch, especially the scene with the eye. But it's some old s*** and what was extremely scary in 1985 is just not cool now!

After this movie 5 sequels are made:

  • Guinea Pig 2: Flower of Flesh and Blood -
This is the one Charlie Sheen doesn't like... I don't like it either! It's sick and disturbing, but also very boring to watch a 41 minutes clumsy autopsy by an old samurai with lousy humor!

  • Guinea Pig 3: Shudder! The Man Who Doesn't Die -
Actually a story, but not an interesting one. Very weird movie!

  • Guinea Pig 4: Devil Woman Doctor -
Also a tame story, but some humor and some crazy diseases!

  • Guinea Pig 5: Android of Notre Dame -
Just a strange movie. Not good, Not terrible!

  • Guinea Pig 6: Mermaid in a Manhole -
A mermaid which body *beep* up the most disgusting way! The movie should have been 10 minutes instead of nearly an hour!

I'm very positive about this remake! A crazy sherif and some twisted scenes makes it better than the original. Story is the same, but almost every scene is changed!

  • I Spit on Your Grave (1978) -
A movie about a woman's revenge on those men who raped her! Great story, but lousy special effects!
