'Short night of glass dolls' is a wonderful crime thriller, very sophisticated in its cinematography, edition, camera moves. There are fantastic ironic dialogs, quite political, and the film clearly inspires Kubrick's 'Eyes Wide Shut' and Phantom Zone criminals' judgement scene from 'Superman II', among others. Spectator does feel the same feelings felt by the characters many times.
