There is evidence that Bern was murdered by his ex-wife Dorothy Millette. The police didn't arrive until two hours after the death. A fixer had been sent in by the studio to reduce the effects on Bern's wife Jean Harlow. It's believed he staged it as a suicide. He admitted as much before his own death. See more »
