“Chris and Sarah came to me and just had great references and great examples of what they wanted,” said McLaughlin, who appeared at IndieWire’s Consider This Fyc Brunch. “They explained to me not only do we want these songs to be funny and catchy, but Chase needs to evolve and grow as an artist throughout the show. So challenge was the songs had to get better.”
The collaboration started early and was extremely hands-on,
The hit HBO drama from creators David Benioff and D. B. Weiss concluded Sunday night. The ending was polarizing to say the least, with reactions burning up Twitter.
It seemed just about everyone had an opinion or meme to share. Some loved it, others hated it and a few were indifferent.
Among those chiming in were the drama’s cast members, Disney CEO Bob Iger, rapper-producer T-Pain, who’s apparently a super fan, and horror author Stephen King.

So tonight we have our very last episode. It’s the final step of a long and wonderful journey. A journey that, for me, started at 10am on Monday 19th of July 2010. I know this
With Disney finally completing its purchase of 21st Century Fox assets, the company could technically add Lisa Simpson to its ranks of iconic princesses like Snow White, Rapunzel, and Cinderella.
Lisa’s voice actor, Yeardley Smith, told Variety’s Marc Malkin at the GLAAD Media Awards on Thursday that Fox nearly referenced her character’s new royal status on air.
“What’s funny is we actually almost recorded a promo where Lisa was excited that she gets to be a Disney princess,” she said. “I’m excited. Any tiara, anytime, anywhere and any form, sign me up.”
Smith has played the saxophone-playing middle child since the show began in 1989, lending her voice to more than 600 episodes across 30 seasons and making her one of the most tenured voice actors on TV. In addition to “The Simpsons,” Disney now owns “Family Guy” and the X-Men and Fantastic Four franchises.
GLAAD also announced a star-studded line-up of presenters and special guests including Academy Award-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow, Emmy Award-winning writer, producer and actor Lena Waithe, writer, producer, and director Janet Mock (Pose), Jake Borelli (Grey’s Anatomy), Barbara Corcoran (Shark Tank), Erika Jayne (Real Housewives of Beverly Hills), award-winning artist Hayley Kiyoko, Alex Landi (Grey’s Anatomy), Olivia Munn (The Rook), Olympic medalist Adam Rippon, and Grammy Award-winning Meghan Trainor.
The 30th Annual GLAAD Media Awards honor media for fair, accurate, and inclusive representations of Lgbtq people and issues.
As previously announced, Beyonce and Jay-z will receive GLAAD’s Vanguard Award and Sean Hayes will receive the Stephen F. Kolzak Award during the Los Angeles event.
“The GLAAD Media Awards advance LGBTQ representation across the media and provide a stage for LGBTQ people and allies to send messages of acceptance that travel around the world,” said Rich Ferraro, GLAAD’s Chief Communications Officer and an Executive Producer of the annual awards. “From Phil Donahue speaking at the first Awards in 1990 to Cher surprising her son Chaz after he transitioned in 2012, to the message that Beyoncé and Jay-z will send to LGBTQ people of color this year,

Farber, who was eliminated in ninth place this season with Mary Lou Retton, has been on six seasons, first appearing as a pro in Season 17. One of the most easygoing pros, he posted his best finish with Tonya Harding in third place on Season 26. His best chance at a win, however, was arguably with Simone Biles in Season 24, but the pair was shockingly axed in the semifinal. His wife, Emma Slater, ended up winning that season with Rashad Jennings, and you know the show would like to have three pro couples who’ve won Mirrorballs.
Motsepe grabbed 34 percent of the vote.
The main ceremony, hosted by black-ish star Tracee Ellis Ross, begins at 8 pm on ABC. Cardi B and Drake
