Impressive Duo Join Cast of Indie Flick

Matthew Lillard (”Scream”) and Jon Polito (”The Big Lebowski”) have joined the cast of indie project “From the Head.” The feature debut of writer-director George Griffith is loosely based on Griffith’s experiences as a bathroom attendant in a New York City strip club in the mid-’90s. Griffith also stars in the film, which follows a day in the life of the attendant and his interaction with the 60-plus idiosyncratic characters who enter the bathroom on one afternoon. Lillard and Polito each play patrons of the strip club. Former casting director Russell Gray (”Sex and the City”) is producing along with Christopher Lemole and Jeffrey Doornbos.
