‘Men In Black: International’ Set To Zap $40M Opening – Early Box Office Projection
Men in Black: International, Sony’s reboot of Men in Black with Thor: Ragnarok thespians Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson, arrived on tracking this morning with a $40 million start. The pic opens June 14.

While lower than the $50M-plus three-day total of the previous Will Smith-Tommy Lee Jones movies, Men in Black: International isn’t being launched over the holiday frames like those pics, and it’s the studio’s means of taking the franchise in a new direction. Whether this film pops further will boil down, natch, to reviews and word of mouth.

The original 1997 Men in Black opened at a time when the star system still worked at the box office, and it was Smith’s subsequent July 4th opener after being crowned the B.O. king of the holiday with 1996’s Independence Day.

The reported $110M-budgeted MiB: International was co-financed by Hemisphere and Tencent and takes place

Meet Keanu Reeves’ Duke Caboom, your new favorite Canadian hero, in latest ‘Toy Story 4’ trailer [Watch]

Meet Keanu Reeves’ Duke Caboom, your new favorite Canadian hero, in latest ‘Toy Story 4’ trailer [Watch]
Hot on the heels of “John Wick: Chapter 3 — Parabellum” crushing the box office, Keanu Reeves has a new hero for you to meet: Duke Caboom. He is Canada’s greatest stuntman and he is here to save the day in the new “Toy Story 4” trailer.

When Bonnie’s new spork toy Forky (Tony Hale) goes missing, Bo Peep (Annie Potts) calls on the services of Duke, an Evel Knievel-esque, motorcycle-riding daredevil who is quick to show off his flexible poses on his sweet bike. His motto is “Let’s caboom!”, obviously, which he declares before he takes Woody (Tom Hanks) on a giant leap across shelves in a toy store.

Duke doesn’t get too much screen time in the trailer, which is just as well — gotta keep ’em wanting more, you know? But he seems cool, funny and nice, like all Canadians. And having a Canadian icon

Final Trailer for Pixar's Sequel 'Toy Story 4' - The Toys Will Be Alright

"We have to make sure nothing happens to Forky." Disney + Pixar have unveiled the final official trailer for Toy Story 4, following a bunch of TV spots and trailers over the last few months. Opening in theaters in exactly one month. When a new toy called "Forky" joins Woody and the gang, a road trip alongside old and new friends reveals how big the world can be for a toy... Pixar's emotional sequel looks like it builds on the ideas from Toy Story 3, taking us on another journey outside of the home when Forky tries to break free. All the regular voices are back: Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Joan Cusack, Kristen Schaal, and Bonnie Hunt, with newcomers Keegan Michael-Key & Jordan Peele, Christina Hendricks, Keanu Reeves as Duke Caboom, and Tony Hale as Forky. Pixar doesn't have the best track record with trailers, but I'm still looking forward to this movie.

Toy Story 4's New Trailer Introduces a Ton of New, Exciting, and Creepy Characters

Woody and the rest of the gang are Back!

The buzz surrounding Toy Story 4 has been building for quite some time now. As far back as March 2015, Pixar President Jim Morris described the new addition to the beloved franchise as a "love story" that will focus on the relationship between Bo Peep and Woody, but plenty of time has passed since then, and it seems the story has changed quite a bit.

In the latest trailer released for the fourth installment in the beloved animated franchise, Woody, Buzz, and the rest of the toys welcome a new addition to Bonnie's room: Forky, a spork-turned-craft-project who doesn't want to be there, played by Veep's Tony Hale. Unfortunately, he's not too keen on the idea of being Bonnie's newest Bff and attempts an escape that leads him to an antique shop.

How Pixar Crew Refined Complicated Details in ‘Toy Story 4’

  • Variety
Back in the mid-’90s, when Pixar was creating the world’s first computer-animated feature, the seminal “Toy Story,” the process was by necessity a collaborative one. Any of the 129 crew members could shout down the hallway with a question and get a quick response.

That spirit of collaboration persisted through the making of “Toy Story 2” (1999) and “Toy Story 3” (2010), and comes full circle with “Toy Story 4,” which Disney will release in the U.S. on June 21. For the latest iteration, Pixar found new ways to break down the walls between departments and allow crew to collaborate comprehensively on ambitious elements, including what’s believed to be the most complicated set in Pixar history — a realistic, dust-filled antiques mall stocked with 10,000 digital props.

“We got everybody together, almost every day, from every department, in a screening room for at least an hour to just look at scenes in

American Woman Trailer Sends Sienna Miller Searching for Her Missing Daughter

Roadside Attractions has revealed the first trailer for the upcoming thriller American Woman. We're about to hit the summer movie season. In some ways, we already have, with Avengers: Endgame currently tearing it up at the box office and with Detective Pikachu set to arrive this upcoming weekend. Indeed, the time for big studio blockbusters is upon us. But that doesn't mean a few smaller movies aren't going to be coming our way during that time as well. Sure, they may run the risk of slipping through the cracks and getting lost in the shuffle, though, maybe they shouldn't. Such might be the case with this particular movie, which stars Sienna Miller in a very dramatic turn.

This first trailer is giving off some serious Gone Girl vibes. Though, we're focused on a single mom who loses her daughter via mysterious circumstances, as opposed to Ben Affleck losing his wife.

‘American Woman’ Trailer: Sienna Miller Goes on a Decade-Long Journey in Crime Drama
One part whodunnit, one part character drama, Jake Scott’s “American Woman” follows its eponymous leading lady over the course of a decade, one marked by heartbreak and a terrible crime. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival last fall, where Miller’s performance earned her some of the best reviews of her career yet.

The film picks up as Miller’s Deb Callahan approaches her mid-thirties in a poor Rust Belt town, mixed up in a life that’s already been marred by some terrible choices. Deb is barely holding things together, from her thankless job as a supermarket cashier to her ill-advised romance with a local married man, and her teenage daughter Bridget (Sky Ferreira) seems doomed to repeat her mom’s mistakes.
