Forrest Silvers is an American director and screenwriter. He is the creator, director, and writer of the acclaimed comedy series Becoming Jiff (2018) from Samuel Goldwyn Films. BuzzFeed recommended the series calling it "A funny, sweet, and highly binge-able comedy", The Film Stage compared him and his collaborator/brother Tyler Silvers to Judd Apatow calling them "Talented emerging writer-directors...here to take up the comedy mantle", and Stage 32 has called them "The Best New Comedy Filmmakers."

He is also the producer of the podcast Quadruple Overtime, which features writers and comedians from Saturday Night Live (1975), Last Week Tonight with John Oliver (2014), The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (2014), and many others.
