Eric Bristow was born on April 27, 1957 in Hackney, London, England as Eric John Bristow. He was an actor, known for Heartlands (2002), Never the Twain (1981) and House of Flying Arrows (2016). He was married to Jane Higginbotham. He died on April 5, 2018 in Liverpool, Merseyside, England.

Trivia (4)

Was crowned world darts champion on five occasions, an achievement surpassed only by Phil Taylor.
He was awarded the MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire) in 1989 for his services to the sports of Darts.
Participated in the 12th series of I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! (2002) in 2012, finishing 4th out of 12 celebrities.
He died of a heart attack on 5 April 2018 while watching the PDC Premier League at the Echo Arena in Liverpool.
