Bane And Scarecrow May Face Robert Pattinson’s Dark Knight In The Batman

As well as the news that Robert Pattinson is the first choice for the lead role, last week brought us other intriguing details on Matt ReevesThe Batman. Namely, that the Dark Knight will be facing off against not one or two, but six of his deadliest enemies in the movie. The Penguin and Catwoman are reportedly at the top of the pack, with We Got This Covered hearing that the Riddler will be the tertiary antagonist.

The Byo Show YouTube Channel is now claiming to add another two names to that list, though. The show says they were informed Pattison was going to play Batsy back in January, and given that this has now been proven right, they’ve decided to share what other intel about the film they heard at the time. This includes that Bane and Scarecrow will be part of The Batman‘s six-strong rogues gallery of villains.

Vanessa Hudgens Rumored To Be Playing Catwoman In The Batman

Robert Pattinson was revealed to be Warner Bros.’ top choice for the new Caped Crusader last week and now, fresh rumors are speculating who could fill out the rest of the cast of director Matt ReevesThe Batman. Including who may be the Selina Kyle to Pattinson’s Bruce Wayne.

The Byo Show YouTube channel is claiming that they were informed the former Twilight star was set to don the cape and cowl next back in January. Given that this has now turned out to be the case, they’ve decided to share the other casting intel they heard at the time, which includes that the studio’s top pick for Catwoman is Vanessa Hudgens.

Like Pattinson, Hudgens got her big break in a franchise that, while popular with teen viewers, isn’t known for being a critical darling (to put it nicely): High School Musical. Since then, however,

Director Joe Carnahan Dropped Out of Bad Boys For Life Because His Vision Clashed with Will Smith

I was super excited about Bad Boys For Life when director Joe Carnahan was on board to helm the film. I’ve always enjoyed his crazy filmmaking style, and it would have worked great for this franchise. Unfortunately, Will Smith didn’t feel the same way. He and Carnahan clashed on the vision and direction of the film, and because of that, Carnahan ended up dropping out of the project.

While talking to Collider, the filmmaker talked about what happened and what led to him leaving. According to him the script he wrote for the film was solid, but it just didn’t work for Smith. It wasn’t what he was looking for in the film.

Carnahan doesn’t hold any kind of grudge against Smith, it’s just the way things played out:

“I love Will, he’s a great guy. I just know myself. And I thought

Emmy Predictions 2019: Best Actress in a Limited Series or TV Movie

Emmy Predictions 2019: Best Actress in a Limited Series or TV Movie
Last Year’s Winner: Regina King, “Seven Seconds

Still Eligible: No.

Hot Streak: Helen Mirren is the only actress to win consecutive trophies in the Best Actress in a Limited Series category, and even though she’s been nominated six times for playing Detective Jane Tennison in “Prime Suspect” (and won twice), she won her back-to-back trophies for two different programs. She won in 2006 for HBO’s “Elizabeth I” and then again in 2007 for “Prime Suspect: The Final Act.”

Fun Fact: Helen Mirren has the most wins (four) and the most nominations (10) in the category’s history, but it’s worth noting she’s only ever been nominated in this Emmy category — save for in 2002, when she was nominated for Best Actress in a Limited Series and Best Supporting Actress in a Limited series, for “The Roman Spring of Mrs. Stone” and “Door to Door,” respectively. Laura Linney and Patty Duke

Vanessa Hudgens (‘Rent: Live’) on being ‘obsessed’ with the musical and falling ‘in love with the community and family’ [Exclusive Video Interview]
“I became obsessed,” admits Vanessa Hudgens of her love for “Rent.” After performing in the show at a Hollywood Bowl performance in 2010, she “fell in love with the community and family” that the show inspires. So when Fox wanted to present a live broadcast of the classic Broadway musical earlier this year, she jumped at the chance to dive back into Jonathan Larsen’s music. Watch the full exclusive interview above.

In the Hollywood Bowl production, Hudgens played Mimi, but for “Rent: Live,” producer Marc Platt had a different character in mind for her: Maureen. Nicole Scherzinger played the role at Hollywood Bowl, and as Hudgens watched her perform “Over the Moon,” she thought that “one day, when I feel confident enough, I need to do that part.” That day arrived with the Fox production, and though Hudgens says that her palms began to sweat just rehearsing the number, she
